History

Achieving success through teamwork since 1978

Our organisation’s original management team first began working together in Cyprus in 1978. Setting out a shared ethos and strategic vision, the team founded Uniteam Marine in 1986 and laid the foundations for years of service excellence, innovation and transformation in international ship management.

Since that time, Uniteam Marine has grown into a multinational organisation with wholly owned offices in Cyprus, Germany, Ukraine, Singapore and Myanmar. Active across full management, technical management, crew management, operations, financial administration and other services, we manage a large fleet of vessels.

We have developed a crew pool of over 6,000 seamen of varying nationalities, the majority of which come from Myanmar, where our strong strategic presence gives us a major competitive advantage in the global ship management industry.
