Our training matrices are designed to cover the fundamentals of leadership, safety, and seamanship. Where needed, we also develop bespoke training solutions addressing our clients’ specific requirements. A progressive evaluation system facilitates targeted training and encourages the professional development required to meet the appropriate standards of competence.

Encouraging aspiring seafarers is ingrained in the traditions of
Uniteam Marine, having developed cadets to senior officers since our establishment. We continue to produce a professional pool of reliable and motivated staff, which forms the basis for achieving operational and commercial success for each client and vessel they operate.

Our sister company, Uniteam Training, develops training solutions, accredited as per the highest international standards for the maritime and oil & gas industry. Operating from modern facilities in Myanmar, its training centres are equipped with state-of-the-art marine simulators. These include a 360 & 270 Degree Full Mission Bridge Simulator, Engine Simulator, ECDIS Simulator, Crane Simulator, Advanced Firefighting Simulator, as well as Welding Machine Facilities, a Live Process Plant with Control Room, and a fully operational Fast Rescue Craft and Enclosed Lifeboat.
